Srl has adopted its own internal channel through which whistleblowing reports can be sent, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblowers, of the other people involved and of the content of the reports.<br \/> Following the entry into force of the Legislative Decree. 24\/2023 which entirely revised the relevant regulations, Mi.Comp. Srl adopted and subsequently updated the <a href=\"#Lineaguida\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Guideline&#8221;<\/a> for reporting, including anonymous reporting (Whistleblowing).&#8221;   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-28aaeff elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"28aaeff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Who can send reports?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1349618 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1349618\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Reports may be submitted by individuals inside or outside the organization, such as employees, collaborators, self-employed workers, trainees, consultants, suppliers, shareholders, or persons with administrative or control functions in Mi.Comp. Srl. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab91f1d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ab91f1d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What can be reported?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3093e37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3093e37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The reports, which must be as detailed as possible, concern violations of the law that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, such as the commission of a corrupt act or the violation of regulations regarding health and safety at work or the environment.<br \/> These are not whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be taken into consideration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Complaints, claims, or personal requests related to one&#8217;s employment relationship (to be sent to the appropriate Personnel functions)<\/li>\n<li>Complaints related to inefficiency of services rendered by Mi.Comp. Srl (to be sent to the dedicated corporate functions) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
